How long does it take?
Most sites are ready to review within 2–7 working days after we receive your content, logo and photos.
Do I need my own domain?
No. You can use a domain you already own, or we register one for you. With a new .co.zw your first month is $7, and with a new .com it is $15. After that it is $5 per month.
Does my domain renew every year?
Domains we register for you stay active while your Basic plan is active. The yearly renewal is covered by your monthly fee.
What is the $29 once-off option?
We set up the basic template with your content and hand it over for one payment of $29. Hosting is not included, so you will need your own hosting and domain.
How do I update my site?
Just send us a WhatsApp message. Monthly updates are included on the Basic plan, so you never need to touch code.
What happens if I stop paying?
On the Basic plan, your site is paused while your account is inactive. We keep your work safe so it can be restored when you are ready.
Can I upgrade to a bigger template later?
Yes. Bigger templates and custom features are quoted on WhatsApp. We will explain any cost before we start.
How do I pay?
We accept EcoCash, bank transfer and cash. We will share the details on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed.
